Securities investment funds shall be issued by fund companies approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The issuance of each fund must first be submitted by the fund company to the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the establishment of the fund, and the application contents should include:

1. Name of the proposed fund, necessity and feasibility of establishing the fund, fund type, fund scale, duration, issue price, issuer, fund transaction or purchase and redemption arrangement, trustee to be entrusted, prospectus, fund contract and custody agreement, etc.

2. After receiving the documents, China Securities Regulatory Commission will review the completeness and accuracy of the qualifications of fund companies, fund custodians, fund contracts, custody agreements, prospectus and submitted materials. If it meets the relevant standards, the fund company will be officially approved to publicly issue funds below.
