4. Possess financial assets and rights certificates (if any) that meet the pledge access requirements of China Bank.

5. The customer is not on the anti-money laundering watch list where China Bank is prohibited from providing services.

6. Other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations, regulatory provisions and lenders.

The borrower applying for personal financing pledge loan of China Bank through personal electronic channel of China Bank shall meet the following conditions at the same time:

1, no more than 65 years old (inclusive).

2. The personal electronic channel banking service of China Bank will be registered and opened through the business counter of China Bank.

3. Meet the access requirements of personal electronic channels of China Bank for collateral and accounts.

4. Other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations, regulatory provisions and lenders.
