(1) Four platforms for training

1. Training platform for entrepreneurial ability. Located on the 2nd floor of Training Building No.1, we will introduce the internationally popular "simulated company" training mode, establish a virtual simulated business environment and social environment, and improve the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs by carrying out simulated entrepreneurship. Simulation companies are mainly managed by trainers, and entrepreneurial trainees are trained in "jobs" to improve relevant management or post capabilities.

2. product trial-production platform. Focus on scientific and technological entrepreneurship, provide public testing environment, research and development equipment and comprehensive services for entrepreneurial products, and promote the transformation of scientific research results into applied technologies and tangible products. There are many of the most advanced equipment in the world, which can make the projects designed by some initial entrepreneurs (students) become visible objects, thus becoming products and bringing entrepreneurial products to the market. In the way of operation, after the evaluation, the entrepreneurial team with the trial-production plan of entrepreneurial products settled in our base and used corresponding facilities to help them go to the market from the idea (patent)-simulated products-physical products-trial production of finished products-mature products-setting up companies (attracting venture capitalists). After our comprehensive investigation, combined with Shanghai's industrial development direction, the difficulty of starting a business, the hot spots of starting a business and other factors, we have subdivided the product trial-production platform into three platforms: creative design products, information technology, and electrical and electronics, and all three platforms have been put into operation.

3. Incubation platform for start-up enterprises. Located in Building 3 of the base training, it mainly provides a venue for entrepreneurs to incubate. This is a physical platform for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop their innovative ability. There are three large parks and an international entrepreneurial assistance project YBC. There are three big parks: one is the College Students' Entrepreneurship Demonstration Park, the other is Kai-fu Lee's innovation works, and the third is the "Angel Fund Pioneer Park" of Shanghai University Foundation. These parks have incubation units with different areas for free division, and each unit is equipped with necessary office facilities and hardware equipment such as power, communication and network. Through a series of policy guidance and support, help them carry out business incubation.

4. Entrepreneurship guidance service platform. It is mainly composed of the service center for college students' entrepreneurship and employment and the service platform for entrepreneurship. It mainly provides integrated entrepreneurship services such as entrepreneurship policy, entrepreneurship information and entrepreneurship consultation for college students' entrepreneurs by effectively integrating resources from all sectors of society.

(2) Two platforms for cultivating functions

1. Vocational skills training platform. Based on the development trend of vocational skills in developed countries, according to the industrial development direction of Shanghai and the actual needs of college students' vocational ability development, a number of social-oriented training institutions, free and open, free to use, fully functional and technologically advanced training rooms are established through centralized government investment. Base according to the city's industrial positioning layout, set up exhibition, finance, logistics, refrigeration and air conditioning skills training projects.

2. Introduce an international training platform. Mainly through policy support and guidance, we will introduce internationally renowned training institutions and authoritative certification institutions, introduce advanced training methods, management tools and other superior training resources, and build a high-end international training demonstration platform to meet the urgent demand of the market for high-skilled professional talents.
