Why don't you buy the fund on Friday?
The reason for this is the following:

Funds bought after two o'clock in the afternoon on Friday and before three o'clock in the afternoon do not enjoy the income bought from Friday to Sunday of that week. However, the net fund value of funds purchased before 3 pm on Friday is still calculated according to the net fund value of that day, but it needs to be confirmed on Monday after purchase. Generally speaking, investors are advised to complete the fund transaction within normal time and avoid Friday afternoon operation. Because many funds have to confirm after T+2, the subscription on Friday needs to wait for another two days.

Fund, broadly speaking, refers to a certain amount of funds set up for a certain purpose. It mainly includes trust and investment funds, provident funds, insurance funds, retirement funds and funds of various foundations.

According to whether fund units can be increased or redeemed, they can be divided into open-end funds and closed-end funds. Open-end funds are not traded on the market (as the case may be), but are purchased and redeemed by banks, brokers and fund companies, and the fund scale is not fixed; Closed-end funds have a fixed duration and are generally listed and traded on the stock exchange. Investors buy and sell fund shares through the secondary market.

From the accounting point of view, capital is a narrow concept, which refers to funds with specific purposes and uses. The fund we are talking about mainly refers to the securities investment fund.

Friday's fund decline is mainly due to these two reasons:

First: Friday is the weekend, and the announcement of weekend policies and news will directly affect the rise and fall of the stock price, so it is uncertain. In addition, investors are risk-averse before the weekend, so investors will choose to sell their stocks on Friday. The stock was sold, and the stock price fell, which led to the decline of the fund's net value.

Second: On Friday, many investors worried that the weekend news would lead to a sharp drop on Monday, and all redemptions would be more than usual. If there is a huge redemption, it will affect the net value of the fund.

So people will feel that Friday is not suitable for buying funds, but funds are a long-term investment process, rather than paying attention to whether they can get small profits after buying in the short term. In particular, if the fund makes a fixed investment, it will deduct money if the net value of the fund falls, because the share of falling purchases will be more.
