China Coal Miner Pneumoconiosis Treatment Foundation (CMPF), headed by state administration of work safety, was initiated by the late old minister Gao Yangwen, with the kind care of two prime ministers and the strong support of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and officially registered on October 31, 23. It is a national and publicly-funded charity with that purpose of engage in public welfare undertakings for pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment. Since its establishment 12 years ago, it has treated more than 13, miners with pneumoconiosis. I will be rated as a 4A foundation by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is a powerful measure to implement the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases; It is the gospel of coal mine pneumoconiosis miners.
