However, the following conditions need to be met:
1, individuals have a stable source of economic income;
2. Individuals voluntarily participate in social security;
3. Individuals meet the requirements of age and physical conditions for social security payment.
The social security payment period is stipulated as follows:
1, the cumulative payment period of medical insurance (including the deemed payment period and actual payment period in this city) shall be 30 years for men and 25 years for women;
2. The social insurance plan is organized by the government, forcing a certain group to use part of its income as social insurance tax to form a social insurance fund, from which the insured can obtain fixed income and loss compensation;
3. Pay the basic old-age insurance premium 15 years and the basic medical insurance premium for 20 years in the same city. When retiring, it will be calculated according to the standard of the city where the payment is made;
4 to participate in the basic old-age insurance, individuals who have reached the statutory retirement age and accumulated contributions for fifteen years, receive the basic pension on a monthly basis.
To sum up, the unemployed who pay social security by themselves can only pay pension insurance and medical insurance, but not unemployment insurance and work-related injury insurance. During the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the unemployed participate in the basic medical insurance for employees and enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits. The basic medical insurance premiums payable by the unemployed are paid from the unemployment insurance fund, and individuals do not pay the basic medical insurance premiums.
Article 58
In case of partial loss of the subject matter insured, the applicant may terminate the contract within 30 days from the date of compensation by the insurer; Unless otherwise agreed in the contract, the insurer may also terminate the contract, but it shall notify the applicant fifteen days in advance.
If the contract is terminated, the insurer shall, in accordance with the contract, refund the insurance premium of the undamaged part of the subject matter insured to the applicant after deducting the receivable part from the date of commencement of insurance liability to the date of termination of the contract.
