What is fund proportional placement?
Proportional placement of funds means that when the total amount of funds subscribed by investors has exceeded the limited sales scale of the fund company, for the sake of fairness, the fund company has to distribute it to investors in proportion to the original scale and the total raised amount.

1. Placement ratio = restricted sales scale/total effective subscription during the raising period ×100%; Confirmation amount of investor's subscription application = effective subscription application amount submitted during the raising period × placement ratio.

2. Proportional fund placement, the biggest difference from the previous fund issuance method is that investors can no longer queue up when subscribing for new funds. All valid subscription applications can be confirmed as long as the fund raising scale does not exceed the prescribed fundraising limit. If the scale limit is exceeded, the customer's subscription application will be confirmed in proportion, which means that the amount subscribed by the investor can only be partially completed.

3. Although it is possible that the proportional placement of funds can only trade a part, investors who apply for effective subscription during the actual fund raising period can trade a certain proportion, which also reflects the principle of fairness. For example, a fund sets the upper limit of the issuance scale not to exceed 654.38+000 billion yuan.

4. If the subscription amount (excluding interest) exceeds the upper limit of 654.38+000 billion yuan, the customer's subscription application will be confirmed in proportion (regardless of the subscription order), and the confirmation ratio is: placing ratio = 654.38+000 billion yuan/total effective subscription application during the raising period; Confirmation amount of investor's subscription application = effective subscription application amount submitted during the raising period × placement ratio.

There are two ways to put funds in proportion:

1. Proportional placement during the issuance period: When the total amount applied for subscription is greater than the maximum raised amount of the Fund, investors can get proportional subscription. That is, all subscription applications during the fund issuance period will be confirmed in proportion.

2. Doomsday proportional placement: the valid subscription application before the end of the raising period is fully confirmed, and the valid subscription application on the last day is placed in proportion to the remaining quota, and the unconfirmed subscription funds are returned to investors after the end of the raising period, that is to say, only the funds subscribed on the last day are placed in proportion.
