The examination subjects of fund qualification certificate can be selected according to the type of business candidates intend to engage in. Candidates who intend to engage in Public Offering of Fund management, fund custody and other businesses should choose subject 1 and subject 2. Candidates who intend to engage in private equity fund management and private equity asset management of securities and futures institutions should choose subject 1 and subject 3.

There are three subjects in the fund qualification certificate examination, including subject 1, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards, subject 2, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and subject 3, Basic Knowledge of Private Investment Funds.

The examination adopts closed-book and computer examination methods, the examination duration is 120 minutes, the examination questions are all objective multiple-choice questions, the amount of questions in each subject is 100, the percentage system is adopted, and the qualified score is 60 points.
