4. The Chinese abstract should be able to summarize the main points of the paper, without using first-person pronouns such as "this article" or "the author", and should be about 200 words.

5. Keywords are proper nouns or phrases that reflect the topic concept of the paper. Generally, 3-5 should be selected.

6. Articles that receive funding from the fund should be marked with "Fund Project:", indicate the name of the fund project, and indicate its project number in parentheses.

7. Annotations are explanatory notes on the title and content of the article. Circled Arabic numerals are used to indicate the annotation serial number, and the annotations are placed at the end of the article.

Its predecessor was "Journal of Qingdao Institute of Education" and is now a bimonthly publication.
