After examination and approval, the original house selling company shall, in accordance with the opinions of the community neighborhood committee, apply to the bank with the approval documents and related materials for transfer, which will be directly transferred to the specific account of the community neighborhood committee, and the community neighborhood committee will use the maintenance fund for the specific maintenance of the house.
