4, the community neighborhood committee to the housing maintenance project budget, owner statistics and allow the use of maintenance funds in written form, submitted to the district real estate management department for verification. After being audited by the district real estate management department, the community neighborhood committee will hire a maintenance company, sign a maintenance contract and organize its implementation;

5, the community neighborhood committee to the district real estate management department to apply for maintenance funds transfer procedures.

1. The owner applies for house maintenance to the owners' association or community neighborhood committee in the city where the house is located;

2. 3. After receiving the application form, the original housing sales enterprise shall deposit the maintenance funds in the bank to print the savings receipt, fill in the Audit Form for the Use of Housing Maintenance Funds of the Purchase Management Company and the Statistical Form for the Transfer of Housing Maintenance Funds of the Purchase Management Company, and go through the formalities for examination and approval of maintenance funds at the city housing center;

4. After examination and approval, the original house selling company shall, in accordance with the opinions of the community neighborhood committee, apply to the bank with the approval documents and related materials for transfer, which will be directly transferred to the specific account of the community neighborhood committee, and the community neighborhood committee will use the maintenance fund for the specific maintenance of the house.
