Article 12 All departments and units shall, according to their respective work, give preferential treatment to those entitled to special care:
(1) The labor department shall arrange employment for one person for the immediate family members of revolutionary martyrs and soldiers who died in the line of duty according to relevant regulations. Enterprises and institutions in the recruitment, to meet the recruitment conditions of the families of revolutionary martyrs, family members of soldiers who died in the line of duty, family members of deceased soldiers and disabled revolutionary soldiers above the second level children under the same conditions.
