Handling of exam violations
According to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Fund Qualification Examination (Trial), if a candidate does not meet the registration requirements and takes the exam by fraud, China Asset Management Association will not accept his application for qualification examination within one year; Those who have already taken the exam will be disqualified.
Candidates who violate disciplines and regulations will be punished by China Asset Management Association, depending on the seriousness of the case, by canceling the results of the on-site examination, banning the examination for one year, two years and three to five years, and informing the unit where the candidates work. Fund practitioners who violate the rules shall be dealt with in accordance with the Securities Investment Fund Law and other relevant provisions.
Suspension or disqualification. Violation of discipline and discipline in violation of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law" shall be handled by the public security organs; If the case constitutes a crime, it shall be dealt with by judicial organs according to the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law and investigated for criminal responsibility.
