Construction goal

Through the construction of case base, we can promote the comprehensive reform of teaching methods, improve the quality of education and teaching, and ensure the smooth realization of the goal of cultivating innovative talents for graduate students in our university.

In 20 14, the school plans to build 10 graduate course case bases.

Construction content

(1) The construction of case database is based on courses, and the scope includes all professional courses (including professional degrees and professional elective courses) suitable for case teaching in our existing postgraduate training program.

(2) The cases involved in the construction of case base should meet the requirements of typicality, objectivity, advancement and innovation, and the results should be used in course teaching and enjoyed within the relevant professional scope.

(3) Each case base should contain at least 20 cases. Adapted, imported or purchased cases can enter the case base, but attention should be paid to avoid copyright disputes, including at least 8 original cases.

Project declaration review

(1) The case base is declared as a project. The project leader (and his application team) must have rich practical experience in the practical field of the corresponding courses, systematically teach the application courses or related courses, and the teaching effect is good, and be familiar with the basic norms of case teaching.

(2) Project review

Before April 2nd, the person in charge of the project shall fill in the Application Form for the Construction Project of Postgraduate Case Library of Wuhan University of Technology (see Annex I) and submit it to the relevant colleges; Before April 4th, the college will submit it to the Practice Management Section of the Training Department of the Graduate School and send the electronic document to shixzhang@whut.edu.cn. Before April 1 1, the graduate school will organize experts to review the application materials and determine the construction project.
