4. Generally, strategic placement funds cannot be withdrawn in advance, and can only be withdrawn after the expiration of the strategic contract.

In addition to the above circumstances, under normal circumstances, funds can be withdrawn after purchase, and open-end funds can be purchased and redeemed at any time.
