I. Scope and target of support

The enterprises mentioned in this policy refer to enterprises (including municipal state-owned enterprises) that participate in social insurance according to law and pay five social insurance premiums in this city, excluding real estate enterprises, financial service enterprises, commercial circulation enterprises and vertical management enterprises; Major projects or platform carriers determined by the city.
2. Objectives
(1) Full-time graduates with college or technical secondary school education;
(2) Talents with bachelor's degree or above (qualification certification is required for overseas education), subtropical high or above titles, and senior engineer or above professional qualifications;
(3) Introducing foreign experts to Chinese production enterprises or scientific research institutions to hold management or technical positions;
(4) Selected as the leading talents in talent projects such as "Taodou Talent Plan" in Wuxi, "Taihu Talent Plan", "Shuangchuang Plan" in Jiangsu and National Major Talent Project.
The above objects do not include labor dispatch personnel.
