The Interim Measures for the Administration of the Listing and Sales of Purchased Public Housing and Economically Applicable Housing Article 6 Where the owner of purchased public housing and economically applicable housing requests that the purchased public housing and economically applicable housing be listed and sold, he shall apply to the real estate administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level where the housing is located, and submit the following materials:
(a) the employee has purchased public housing and affordable housing listing application form;
(2) The house ownership certificate, land use right certificate or real estate ownership certificate;

(four) written opinions of adults living together to agree to go public for sale;
