Information disclosure can be divided into financing information disclosure, operation information disclosure and temporary information disclosure. (1) Disclosure of fund raising information. The disclosure of fund-raising information can be divided into initial information disclosure and duration information disclosure. The information disclosure of initial public offering mainly includes the information disclosure from the time before the fund share is sold to the time when the fund contract takes effect. The disclosure of offering information during the duration mainly refers to the disclosure of updated prospectus by open-end funds every six months after the fund contract takes effect. (2) Disclosure of fund operation information. The disclosure documents of fund operation information include: announcement of fund share listing, fund net asset value and share net report, fund annual report, semi-annual report and quarterly report. Among them, the annual report, semi-annual report and quarterly report of the fund are also collectively referred to as regular reports of the fund. (3) The temporary information disclosure of the fund belongs to irregular disclosure and discloses major events.
