Jiang Xiaoming, male, born in 1953, is from Dinghai, Zhejiang. Graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and received a master's degree and a doctor's degree in economics from Cambridge University. Currently, he is an independent non-executive director of China Oil and Gas Co., Ltd., a director of China Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation, a member of the United Nations Investment Committee, and the chairman of Hong Kong Cyber Investment Co., Ltd.
1998-2003 founded cybergroup in hong kong, invested in high-tech and its infrastructure projects, and became the chairman of the board of directors of the group after the merger and listing in 20001. He has served as a director of BOC International and SPG Land, a listed company in Hong Kong, and a trustee of China Development Foundation in Cambridge. He has served as a director of Canadian Ziyuan Company, a Nasdaq-listed company, a consultant of American Capital Group, and a senior researcher of Cambridge University Business School.

He used to be an independent non-executive director of Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited until 20 14, and was appointed as an independent non-executive director of China Oil and Gas Co., Ltd. from June 2020.
