1. Each fund unit enjoys equal distribution rights.

2. The income of the fund in the current year can only be distributed after making up the losses in previous years.

3. If the fund investment has a net loss in the current period, no income distribution will be made.

4. After the income distribution of Huaxia Return Fund, the net value of the fund unit cannot be lower than the face value.

5. Under the premise of meeting the dividend conditions of relevant funds, the income of Huaxia Return Fund shall be distributed at least once a year, but if it is less than 3 months after its establishment, it may not be distributed, and the annual distribution shall be completed within 4 months after the end of the fund accounting year. When the realized income level exceeds the benchmark interest rate of performance comparison, the Fund can distribute the income.

6. Fund holders can choose to get cash or reinvest dividends in the fund. If dividend reinvestment is selected, dividend funds will be converted into corresponding fund shares according to the net value of fund shares on the dividend implementation date.

7. Unless the fund holder has gone through the formalities of selecting the dividend payment method as cash, the default dividend payment method of the fund unit holding Huaxia Return Fund is dividend reinvestment.
