Within one month after receiving the approval notice, the funded innovative research groups submit the research work plan, and the academic leaders fill out the Research Plan of the Innovative Research Groups Science Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Plan") in duplicate, which is submitted to the counterpart science department of the Natural Science Foundation of China after being audited by the unit, and one copy is sent to the Planning Bureau for approval, and allocated by the Finance Bureau of the Natural Science Foundation of China.

The funded innovative research groups should fill in the Annual Progress Report of the Science Fund for Innovative Research Groups (hereinafter referred to as the annual progress report) in duplicate every year, and report it to the counterpart science department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China before June 5438+10.05 of the following year. The Ministry of Science and Technology shall, after reviewing and signing the opinions, send a copy to the Planning Bureau.

While implementing the funding plan, the funded innovative research groups should compile more detailed web pages, announce the web addresses to the scientific and technological circles, communicate with their counterparts at home and abroad through the network system, and keep an open and active working state.

During the funding period, the Ministry of Science will organize the dynamic tracking management of the funded innovative research groups, understand and master their working conditions, help solve the problems encountered in the research, and create a good academic environment. Hold at least one small academic seminar every year to exchange academic knowledge with domestic and foreign counterparts and promote research work.

Within three months after the end of the funding period, the evaluation team chaired by the director of the competent committee and the director of the relevant science department will take appropriate measures to evaluate the performance of the funded objects, and innovative research groups with remarkable research achievements and good working conditions can provide sustained and stable support through appropriate means.

The publication of papers, works and academic reports funded by the Science Fund for Innovative Research Groups, as well as the evaluation and report results of members of innovative research groups funded by the Science Fund for Innovative Research Groups, shall be marked with the words funded by the National Natural Science Fund.

When the academic leader of the research group cannot continue to perform his duties due to special reasons, his unit shall report to the counterpart science department in time. According to the specific situation, the Ministry of Science put forward suggestions and reported them to the Natural Science Foundation for approval.
