Open-end funds are also called * * * mutual funds, and the fund scale is not fixed. Investors can redeem fund shares at any time according to their personal investment needs. The redemption of open-end funds does not need to be carried out through exchanges, and fund companies and third-party platforms can directly purchase and redeem. So what are the redemption rules of open-end funds?

1, redemption arrival time

After the investor issues the redemption password, the fund company needs to spend a certain amount of time for settlement, and there are many channels for fund consignment, and the redemption time of different channels will be different.

Generally speaking, the redemption time of money funds is from T+0 to T+3. For example, ICBC "Litianli" and other banking products can usually achieve T+0 arrival speed.

Generally speaking, the arrival time of bond funds is T+4 days, and the redemption time of stock funds is longer, which generally takes T+4 to T+7 days. QDII funds have the longest redemption time, generally T+9 days.

T refers to the redemption application submitted before 3: 00 pm on working days. Open-end funds usually charge a certain redemption fee when redeeming. The longer the general fund is held, the lower the redemption rate. The redemption rate of open-end funds is generally between 0%- 1.5%. Take Huaxia short-term debt bond C as an example. If the fund is held for less than 7 days, it shall be charged at 1.5%, and if it is held for more than 30 days, the redemption fee shall be exempted.

Fund companies will also charge a certain percentage of sales service fees, management fees or custody fees during the fund's existence, and the net value of the fund seen by investors is the net value after deducting these fees.
