3. Article 12 is amended as "If the remains of an abnormally dead person need to be kept temporarily, they shall be stored in a funeral home with antiseptic equipment. The storage period shall not exceed 3 months, unless it is postponed by the decision of the public security organ; If it is not handled within the time limit, the funeral management institution, with the assistance of the public security organ, may deal with the remains according to law. The required expenses shall be paid by the responsible person. If the responsible person is unclear or there is no responsible person, it shall be paid by the local financial department.

The local public security organ will notify the funeral home to receive the nameless body. After the public security organ makes an appraisal and goes through the cremation procedures, it will be paid by funeral home cremation and the required funds will be paid by the local financial department. " .

4. One paragraph is added to Article 13 as the second paragraph: "This Municipality encourages land-saving burial, and if residents bury their ashes by river burial, tree burial, flower burial, lawn burial and deep burial without retaining permanent signs, the financial department will give subsidies in accordance with the relevant provisions on funeral for Huimin." .

5. Article 15 is amended as "If the ashes are buried in a cemetery or Taling, you can choose a tomb or tower with the cremation certificate issued by the funeral home. Operating cemetery double hole covers an area of not more than 1 square meter, and single hole shall not exceed .7 square meter. If the deceased belongs to overseas Chinese, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and celebrities, it shall be reported to the funeral management agency for approval to increase the tomb area, but it shall not exceed 5 square meters. The service life of the tombs and towers of the operating ashes cemetery is generally not more than 2 years, and the longest one-time collection of management fees shall not exceed 2 years. If the tomb (tower) is required to continue to be used after the expiration of its service life, it shall go through the renewal procedures and pay the use fee according to relevant regulations. " .

6. Article 18 is amended as: "The new construction and renovation of funeral facilities such as funeral parlours, cemeteries, ashes memorial halls and towers shall conform to the special planning for the construction of funeral facilities in this Municipality and other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations in accordance with the principle of being conducive to funeral reform and convenient for the masses, and the relevant land use, construction and other relevant procedures shall be handled according to law." .

7. article 22 is amended as "rural public cemetery can only be used to bury the ashes of the dead in the town (street), village or the town (street) or village adjacent to the town (street) where there is no public cemetery uniformly designated by the district civil affairs department. Rural public cemetery by the town people's government (street offices) is responsible for the construction and management.

It is not allowed to use rural public welfare cemeteries to engage in cemetery business activities, and those who purchase public welfare cemeteries in violation of regulations and do not meet the purchase conditions are not protected by law. " .
