The promulgation of the Social Insurance Law;

1, establish and improve the new rural cooperative medical system, the new rural cooperative medical management measures formulated by the State Council;

2. Improve the basic medical security requirements for urban residents, and the basic medical insurance for urban residents shall combine individual contributions with government subsidies. Individuals with no ability to work, low-income families and elderly people over 60 enjoy government subsidies;

3, employee medical insurance, new rural cooperative medical insurance and urban medical insurance standards are in accordance with state regulations;

4, in line with the medical insurance drugs, medical facilities and emergency, rescue and other medical expenses, according to the provisions of the state from the basic medical insurance fund to pay.
