The Lee Foundation of Singapore donated a huge sum of money to build 14 modern garden-style school buildings. Teachers' suites and student apartments are equipped with telephone, bathroom and other facilities, and the study and living conditions are superior. In order to meet the needs of school development, Nan 'an Municipal Government and Furong Foundation decided to relocate the technical secondary school. The first phase of land acquisition is 450 mu, with an investment of 55 million yuan, designed according to the standards of Institute of Technology.
