Agriculture, forestry and water resources: new rural construction funds such as project construction funds, forest ecological benefit funds (including forest ecological benefit funds, forest ecological benefit management funds, forest fire prevention special funds), quality training for 10,000 farmers, transformation of 10 villages and demonstration villages, centralized treatment of rural garbage, poverty alleviation and village-level organization operation funds, compensation for lost time of village cadres, pensions, etc. (including farmers' training for well-off projects in underdeveloped villages, "Sunshine Project" for farmers' training, and development subsidies for underdeveloped areas) ), agricultural development fund, other special funds for agricultural technology (including agricultural technology popularization projects, seed and seedling projects, animal epidemic prevention, special action plan for enriching the people and strengthening the county through science and technology, and comprehensive agricultural development), state-owned land leasing, land consolidation, land reclamation, garden consolidation, construction land reclamation, urban defense projects, safety of thousands of reservoirs, special funds for farmers' drinking water, 10 million mu of water-saving projects, water-saving irrigation and other water conservancy funds (including small-scale farmland water conservancy)
3. Culture and education: four projects, such as school layout adjustment and canteen dormitory renovation, special funds for improving education and teaching conditions such as standardization construction of ten thousand schools, special funds for cultural development and cultural relics protection, etc.
4. Social security: minimum living security funds (including rural five-guarantee elderly and urban "three noes" centralized support personnel), re-employment funds, new rural cooperative medical care funds, social medical assistance funds, special care funds, and employment and resettlement funds for urban retired soldiers.
5. Other categories: special funds for road maintenance fees, tourism development, food subsidies, investment promotion, talent development, political and legal equipment and other special funds.
