Golden egg nugget
1. Material: 5 eggs, corn starch 100g, 250ml of clear water, proper amount of oil, salt, salt and pepper, and chopped green onion.

(1). First, pour the corn starch into the bowl, then pour the clear water into the corn starch, and stir well for later use.

Tips:
When frying eggs, cut them into small pieces if you like crispy ones, and cut them into large pieces if you like tender ones. Very delicious.
