The target of the Ranyan Angel Fund is/kloc-children with cleft lip and palate from poor families under 0/4 years old. The child's legal guardian can apply for funding from Ranyan Angel Fund as an applicant. Second, the funding principle 1. Full funding: determine the funding category according to the child's condition and bear all medical expenses; 3. One-time grant: In principle, each applicant only arranges one grant. Three. Application procedure 1. Applicants need to download the Application Form for Ranyan Angel Fund through the China Red Cross Foundation's official website and China Rescue Network for Severe Children, and submit an application for help to the Red Cross Society at or above the county level on the premise of fully understanding the Application Instructions for Ranyan Angel Fund, and submit the following materials: (1) A copy of the child's identity certificate; (2) documents proving the relationship between children and their legal guardians; (3) The Application Form for the Grant of Ranyan Tianshi Fund filled out by the legal guardian of the child; (4) Preliminary physical examination report of children in medical institutions at or above the county level; (5) proof of family economic status issued by the people's government at or above the township (town) level and the management institution at or above the town street office. 2. The Red Cross Society at or above the county level shall, after reviewing the materials submitted by the applicant, sign the opinions and affix the official seal on the Application Form for Ranyantian Ambassador Fund, and submit all the materials submitted by the applicant to the China Red Cross Foundation Ranyantian Ambassador Fund Management Committee Office. 4. After fully understanding the contents of the notification letter from Jieranyan Angel Fund, the legal guardian of the children undergoing physical examination should take the children to the local medical institutions at or above the county level for preliminary examination related to cleft lip and palate surgery, and issue a physical examination report. The following are contraindications for cleft lip and palate surgery, and the physical examination report should include the following contents: 1. Contraindications for cleft lip surgery: (1) The child's weight is less than 5 ㎏; (2) Hemoglobin is lower than10g/100ml; (3) The white blood cell count is higher than 104/mm3 or the coagulation function is abnormal; (4) The age of the child is less than 10 week; (5) Children have acute infection, cold and upper respiratory tract infection; (6) The child has digestive tract diseases; (7) Inflammatory diseases of face, mouth, ears, nose and throat; (8) Excessive tonsils may affect postoperative breathing; (9) Children cannot tolerate general anesthesia. 2. Contraindications for cleft palate surgery: (1) The child's weight is less than 5 ㎏; (2) Hemoglobin is lower than10g/100ml; (3) The white blood cell count is higher than 104/mm3 or the coagulation function is abnormal; (4) The age of the child is less than 10 week; (5) Children have acute infection, cold and upper respiratory tract infection; (6) The child has digestive tract diseases; (7) Inflammatory diseases of face, mouth, ears, nose and throat; (8) Excessive tonsils may affect postoperative breathing; (9) Thymus hypertrophy in children; Children (10) cannot tolerate general anesthesia.
