1. Be responsible for the risk control of the fund company, formulate the risk control plan and construct the business risk assessment and prevention system according to the requirements of the risk control system of the fund company;

2. Organize and coordinate the company's daily risk management, design the company's risk management standards, improve the risk management system and mechanism, and supervise the operation of the risk management mechanism;

3. Establish and train subordinate risk control teams, conduct due diligence, monitoring and evaluation on various fund investment projects, submit monthly operational risk monitoring reports to company leaders and the Group Risk Management Center, propose specific risk mitigation plans, and assist relevant departments or invested enterprises to implement risk mitigation measures;

4. Participate in the operation process of the proposed investment project, and put forward the post-transaction evaluation opinions in time to provide reference opinions for the risk control committee and the investment decision-making committee to vote;

5. Participate in the business department's evaluation of project team members at all levels, so as to comprehensively evaluate the profit performance and risk control performance of their project participation and positions;

6. Prepare the company's risk management report on a quarterly and annual basis, point out the business line exposure of the invested enterprise, put forward solutions, and assist relevant units to implement them;
