When to pay the house maintenance fee?

If the owner cannot move in due to demolition, fire and other reasons, the property management agency will return the book balance of maintenance funds to the owner according to the proportion paid by the owner. If the owner transfers the property right of the house, the remaining maintenance funds will be transferred in the name of the property owner.
