After the check payment arrives at the bank and reaches the account, the bank will issue a "Special Receipt for Beijing Residential Park Maintenance Fund".

The owner stipulates in the house purchase contract the steps to entrust the development company to handle the matter and pay the payment: (1) The agency company shall register and review on the Beijing Special Maintenance Fund Management System - Project Registration - Building List - Household List Review - Print and Pay

Notice; (2) The agency company takes the payment notice and check to the Everbright Bank branch to pay the money. After the funds arrive in the bank account, the bank will issue a "Special Receipt for the Beijing Residential Apartment Maintenance Fund" according to the account; (

3) The development company shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of Jingjianwu [2005] No. 691, issue to the owners within 15 days a "Special Receipt for Beijing Residential Park Maintenance Fund" issued by a bank on a per-household basis.

If the owner does not receive the special receipt in time, he can report it to the urban management department.
