Fu was born in a poor peasant family in eastern Guizhou. He lived a hard life since childhood, and his father died before he graduated from primary school. Because his family was poor and couldn't afford toys, Fu assembled and invented new toys by collecting toy accessories, which was spoiled by other children in the village. Because of his ingenuity, Fu accumulated a lot of fame for himself in the village. Fu spent most of his childhood in the mountains. Besides herding cattle, he has to cut wood and grass. When he was in college, Fu was the youngest of 12 boys in his class. Because he is from the north, many girls in the class are taller than him. At that time, there were more than 30 associations in the school, and each secondary college had nearly 100 associations. In less than two months, the club has grown from the initial seven people to more than 180 people, and organized and planned a large-scale national art evening in the school. The comprehensive strength of the community has risen from the bottom of the school to the top, and it has a certain influence in the school.
