Children's congenital cerebral palsy, that is, children's congenital cerebral palsy, refers to the syndrome caused by non-progressive brain injury due to some reasons before birth, at birth and in early infancy, which is mainly manifested as central motor disorder and abnormal posture, and may be accompanied by mental retardation, seizure, abnormal behavior, sensory disorder and other abnormalities. 3. Premature delivery and fetal dysplasia: intrauterine infection, slow intrauterine growth and congenital malformation. The newborn's weight is less than 2,5g, and the possibility of cerebral palsy is greatly increased (about 4% of children with cerebral palsy weigh less than 2,5g)

4. Some genetic diseases and neonatal nuclear jaundice.

5. Causes of pregnant women: including abdominal trauma, threatened abortion, prenatal bleeding, toxemia of pregnancy and placental causes (placental abruption, placenta previa, placental necrosis or placental dysfunction), as well as some chronic diseases of pregnant women (hypertension, hepatitis, diabetes, drug abuse, drug overdose, etc.).
