On June 23rd, 2000, Beijing Shuangquan Tiandi Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. donated RMB 5 million to chinese young volunteers association, and jointly established the China Young Volunteers (Shuangquan) Award Fund with the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and chinese young volunteers association. China Young Volunteers (Double General) Award Fund is mainly used to commend outstanding young volunteers and advanced groups of young volunteers, and to establish a new trend of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress in the whole society.
