1.etf-linked funds refer to funds that invest most of their funds in tracking the same underlying index. Funds that adopt open operation, that is, etf-linked funds mainly invest in etf funds, and the positions of etf-linked funds must be 90%, with a maximum of 95%. Etf fund is a constituent stock of the underlying index, and the position of etf fund is 100%.
2.etf funds can be purchased and redeemed, and can also be traded in the secondary market. Etf linked funds can only be purchased and redeemed in the OTC market.
3.90% of etf assets shall not be charged management fees, and the fund custodian of etf-linked fund shall not accrue custody fees for the etf part of etf-linked fund property. The fees for subscription, subscription and redemption refer to the relevant rates of open-end funds. Etf funds are traded on exchanges, and the cost of etf funds is lower than that of open-end funds.
