There are three subjects in the fund qualification examination, namely: subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms, subject 2: basic knowledge of securities investment funds, and subject 3: basic knowledge of private investment funds. The examination time for a single subject is 120 minutes. According to the requirements of the association, candidates must take at least two subjects to get the certificate, of which subject one is compulsory, and subject two and subject three can choose one subject according to their own situation.

The difficulty of subject 2 and subject 3

Although it is generally believed that subject two is more difficult than subject three, it requires the ability to understand and use because there are more calculation contents. But these calculations are not difficult for candidates with high school education or above. Subject three is trivial, with many concepts and regulations, and needs more memory.
