(a) to publicize the cause of the disabled, appeal to the society to understand, respect, care and help the disabled, and encourage the disabled to be self-respecting, confident, self-reliant and self-reliant; (2) Organizing fund-raising activities to raise funds for the Foundation; (3) Accepting property donated by natural persons, legal persons or other organizations; (four) the management and use of welfare funds for the disabled, and maintain and increase the value within the scope permitted by national policies and laws; (five) to carry out and fund social welfare activities such as rehabilitation, education, employment, cultural life, social security, social services and disability prevention for the disabled; (six) to reward outstanding talents of the disabled and individuals and groups that have made outstanding contributions to the cause of the disabled; (seven) to carry out exchanges and cooperation with friendly groups, institutions and people at home and abroad, as well as compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas Chinese; (eight) to support, promote and organize the implementation of research work on the problem of disabled people; (9) Strengthen contact with local welfare foundations for the disabled and help them to carry out business together.
