In order to ensure the recovery of mine geological environment and realize green development, the state has issued a policy to require mining enterprises to advance a part of their operating income every month to form a fund for mine geological environment recovery and land reclamation, which will be drawn according to the prescribed proportion, included in the production cost, paid before income tax, set up a special account for storage, and managed according to the principles of enterprise extraction, government supervision, ensuring needs and standardized use, and used exclusively for mine geological environment protection, restoration and land reclamation.
