Article 5 The term "real name" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the name used on the identity documents that comply with laws, administrative regulations and relevant provisions of the state.
The following identity documents are real-name registration system documents:
(a) China citizens living in China are resident identity cards or temporary resident identity cards;
(2) China citizens living in China 16 years old are household registration books;
(3) Identity documents of soldiers and servicemen of China People's Liberation Army; Identity documents of China People's Armed Police and Armed Police;
(four) Hong Kong and Macao residents, for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland pass; Taiwan Province residents, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents or other valid travel documents;
(5) Foreign citizens, passports.
Where there is no provision in the preceding paragraph, it shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations and relevant state regulations.
Article 6 When opening a personal deposit account in a financial institution, an individual shall present his identity document and use his real name.
When an agent opens a personal deposit account in a financial institution on behalf of others, he shall present the identity documents of the principal and the agent.
Article 7 Where an individual deposit account is opened in a financial institution, the financial institution shall require him to show his identity document, check it and register his name and number on the identity document. When an agent opens a personal deposit account in a financial institution, the financial institution shall require him to show the identity documents of the principal and the agent for checking, and register his name and number on the identity documents of the principal and the agent.
