Conditions for foreigners to receive unemployment benefits in Shanghai
Foreigners who are employed in Shanghai can receive unemployment benefits if they meet the conditions for receiving unemployment benefits in Shanghai. Article 14 of the Unemployment Insurance Regulations stipulates the following conditions for receiving unemployment benefits:
