Article 6 A social organization applying to participate in the evaluation shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Having obtained the registration certificate of social organizations, foundations or private non-enterprise units for two years, and failing to participate in the evaluation of social organizations;

(two) the evaluation grade has been obtained for 5 years.

Seventh social organizations in any of the following circumstances, the assessment agencies will not be assessed:

(a) did not participate in the annual inspection in the previous year;

(two) the annual inspection is unqualified or basically qualified for 2 consecutive years;

(three) in the last year by the relevant government departments of administrative punishment or administrative punishment has not been completed;

(four) is being investigated by the relevant government departments or judicial organs;

(five) other do not meet the evaluation conditions.

Article 8 The evaluation of social organizations shall be classified according to different types of organizations.

Social organizations and foundations implement comprehensive evaluation, including basic situation, internal governance, work performance and social evaluation. Private non-enterprise units carry out standardization construction evaluation, including basic situation, internal governance, business activities and integrity construction, social evaluation and so on.
