Apply to the Red Cross for human organ donation.

1. The Red Cross Society of the city and district is responsible for registration and acceptance. Donors can register with the Municipal Red Cross Society, or they can ask the registration agency to register at home.

2. When registering the donation, the donor shall specify whether the remains are all donated or part donated and their use. At the same time, it shall also specify the name and contact information of the executor of the body donation, and be responsible for notifying the donee of the time limit for the body donation and agreeing to implement it.

3. After the donor completes the registration, the registration agency will issue a donation card to the donor. After that, if the donor requests to change the registration content or cancel the registration, the registration institution shall go through the formalities for changing or canceling the registration.

4. After the death of the donor, the executor of the remains donation shall notify the original registration institution within the time limit agreed in the remains donation registration form, and sign the remains donation handover agreement with the original registration institution with the death certificate of the donor, the remains donation registration form and the remains donation card, and the original registration institution will issue the remains donation commemorative certificate to the executor of the remains donation.

5. After the remains are used, the users will send them to the funeral and interment unit for cremation, and the required expenses will be borne by the users, except that the executor of the remains donation requests to dispose of them by himself.

Organ donation requirements

2. A natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has full capacity for civil conduct may donate living organs, and a written consent certificate shall be provided before donation. Donors who donate living organs should not endanger their lives.

3. If a natural person is willing to donate organs after death, there shall be a written certificate of consent to donate. A person who verbally agrees to donate shall meet the following conditions:

(1) written certificates from his spouse and two doctors; (2) If there is no spouse, a written certificate from his parents or adult children and two doctors; (3) If there is no spouse, parents or adult children, a written certificate issued by two other close relatives and two doctors; (4) written certificates from organizations such as neighborhood committees and pension institutions, and those without close relatives shall be issued by two doctors.

4. The donation of remains and organs is made on a voluntary and free basis.
