Why do fund companies have to have good relations with securities companies?
Securities companies are the main force of fund consignment agencies. In other words, the newly issued funds of fund companies are issued by consignment agencies. If there are not many agencies to sell a fund, and there are not many people who subscribe for and buy the fund, then the scale of the fund (that is, the total share) is not large enough, and the management fee that the fund company can extract is also less. And if the scale is small, investors will think that this fund is not well-known enough, and thus doubt the ability of the fund manager.
