2. If the employee handles it himself, the original employee ID card shall be provided;

3. If the deposit is entrusted to the agent of the deposit unit, the agent of the unit shall simultaneously issue the original and a copy of my ID card and a copy of the client's ID card;

4. If the spouse, parents or children are entrusted to handle the matter on their behalf, the agent shall simultaneously issue the original and photocopy of his/her ID card, the original and photocopy of the client's ID card, and the original and photocopy of valid relationship certificate (such as marriage certificate, household registration book at the same address or relationship certificate issued by the police station);

Where the unit terminates the labor relationship with the employee, the unit shall, within 3 days from the date of termination of the labor relationship, handle the change registration with the housing provident fund management center, and handle the transfer or sealing procedures of the employee housing provident fund account.
