Jiamusi Vocational Education Group, established in 2007, is the first entity vocational education group in China with the legal personality of public institutions. In order to comprehensively improve students' practical and employability, the Group innovated the talent training mode of school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and study, took "the factory enters the campus and the specialty runs the company" as the paradigm, featured the business incubator, and took the three-level management mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation as the guarantee, thus forming the school-enterprise cooperation operation management mode of enterprise participation, school overall planning and specific work of the professional construction steering committee. Actively explore diversified school-enterprise cooperation mode, deeply integrate with Dalian Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Engineering Company, Shandong Quanlin Group, Jiamusi Electric Co., Ltd., Minben Group and other well-known enterprises, establish a title college, and jointly train orders. The exploration and practice of implementing mixed ownership productive training base, introducing Jiamusi Changtong Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a scientific and technological private enterprise with an output value of over 100 million yuan, and building a productive training base integrating teaching, scientific research, production and management, and scientific and technological services. Relying on professional characteristics and talent advantages, the Group has established six entities, including Sanxin Welding Technology Service Co., Ltd., to independently develop patented products, cooperate with enterprises to develop agricultural machinery accessories products, and provide scientific research services and technical support for local industry enterprises. Through collaborative education between schools and enterprises and integrated teaching, the "four modernizations" teaching mode of project-based learning content, working learning process, enterprise-based learning situation and commercialization of learning results has been truly realized, which has promoted the "three docking" of specialty setting and industry demand, curriculum content and professional standards, teaching process and production process, and has embarked on a path of specialty construction, resource enjoyment and student education.

The Group actively carries out foreign exchanges and cooperation, and constantly broadens the development space. At present, it has reached cooperation with more than 20 well-known universities and educational institutions at home and abroad, such as Shunde Vocational and Technical College, Tianjin Vocational and Technical Teachers College, Northeast Normal University, JD.COM University, Northeast Public Liberal Arts University, Montreal Public English Education Bureau, Russian Birobidzhan Comprehensive Vocational and Technical School, and joined the American Vocational and Technical Education Association.
