AKK stands for "Hungarian Government Debt Processing Center Co., Ltd."

The Hungarian National Special Bond is a national bond specially set up by the Hungarian government to attract more overseas immigrants.

In December 2012, the Hungarian government revised the Law on Entry, Entry and Residence of Third-Country Citizens (Immigration Law) specifically for this purpose. Hungarian government debt immigrants can purchase bonds with a minimum period of 5 years issued by the Hungarian Government Debt Processing Center Co., Ltd. ("AKK")

, third-country residents (non-EU citizens) can obtain Hungarian permanent resident status.

The law stipulates that interested buyers must purchase through funds authorized by the Hungarian government.

The total number of shares in the first phase is 1,000, each of which is 250,000 euros, 40,000 euros in treasury bond issuance fees, 5,000 euros in legal fees, and immigration company service fees.
