After the formal implementation of the Guidelines, individual investors and general institutional investors of stocks must apply to members to allow sub-share buying and base share splitting of open graded funds. Unauthorized investors will not be able to buy sub-shares and split basic shares of graded funds from May, 20 17, but they can still choose to continue to hold or sell the previously held shares of graded funds.
