1. First of all, the procurement process of Sinopec melt-blown cloth should provide the government/foundation/charity procurement letter.

2. Secondly, pay RMB 654.38+million to China Railway Group. After approval by Sinopec, it will sign a service agreement with China Railway Group to pay related service fees (see agreement).

3. Then sign a supply agreement with Sinopec, and the purchaser will pay directly to Sinopec (according to the regulations of Sinopec).

4. Finally, after going through the formalities and making payment to Sinopec, Sinopec will arrange delivery nearby and pick up the goods within 5 working days.
