The company was incorporated in Cayman Islands on February 7th, 2004/KLOC-0, and is a tax-free limited company. The shares of the Company have been listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") since 27 October 2006. The Company (as an investment holding company) and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") are mainly engaged in the manufacture, research and development and sales of fine chemical products.

The Group is a manufacturer of fine chemical products in China and one of the market leaders in the production of ethyl cyanoacetate (ECYA) in the world. The Group is mainly engaged in the production, trade and sales of fine chemical products, which can be roughly divided into two categories: cyanoacetate products, alcohol products and petrochemical products. These fine chemical products are mainly used in different downstream industries, such as medicine, pesticides and adhesive products. Group products are mainly used to produce functional components or intermediates of adhesive products, pharmaceutical products, dyes and other chemical products.
