Do children have to pay social security when they join the army? ：
First, since the notice of enlistment was issued, enlisted soldiers have established a unified personnel file, including their household registration and the relationship between the party and the masses. All have been transferred to the army and have no direct social security relationship with the local area;
Second, the army has established a unified medical insurance relationship with local hospitals, which is called one-card dual-use; There is no need to pay medical insurance in the country of origin;
Third, during military service, medical insurance and endowment insurance are paid in full by the state finance, which is regarded as the length of service; After demobilization, pension insurance and medical insurance will be calculated directly and continuously with the local government;
4 demobilized soldiers before the implementation of the social security system, enjoy pension insurance and medical insurance benefits in length of military service. Demobilized veterans who have no job and have not paid social security shall enjoy medical insurance-related treatment according to the living allowance paid by length of military service;

China's military insurance system includes four aspects.
1. Compulsory soldiers and supply students do not pay medical insurance premiums for retired military personnel, but they are given medical insurance subsidies for retired military personnel according to regulations.
4. The state has also established old-age insurance and medical insurance for spouses of unemployed soldiers. Unemployed spouses of insured soldiers shall pay endowment insurance premiums and medical insurance premiums, and the state shall give corresponding subsidies.
