Chapter I Purpose

Article 1 The China Geo University (Beijing) Zhu Xun Young Teacher Education Award Fund was established by Mr. Zhu Xun, the former president of China Geo University, with the purpose of rewarding outstanding young teachers of China Geo University (Beijing) who have made outstanding contributions to the development of geological education, encouraging young teachers to teach, study hard and be brave in innovation, and strive to build a world-class university in the field of earth sciences.

Article 2 Mr. Zhu Xun, 1930 was born in Funing, Jiangsu. He is the leader of geology and mineral resources in New China, the founder of prospecting philosophy, and has made great contributions to geological work and geological education in China. He used to be Minister of Geology and Mineral Resources, Party Secretary and Director of the State Mineral Reserves Committee, Secretary-General and Party Secretary of China People's Political Consultative Conference, and Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Overseas Chinese Committee of China People's Political Consultative Conference. Member of the 4th Central Committee of China * * Production Party 12- 14, member of the 8th China People's Political Consultative Conference, and member of the 9th China People's Political Consultative Conference. He has served as President of China Mining Association, President of geological society of china, President of China Dialectics Research Association, President of National Geoscience Philosophy Committee, President of China Geological Disaster Research Association, President of China Geo University, Vice President of European and American Alumni Association, and President of Branch. Professor-level senior engineer, academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, honorary academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, honorary professor of the Ukrainian National University of Mining and Technology, honorary doctor of the Russian South Russian Technical University, winner of the Russian Presidential Medal and the Ukrainian National Medal.

Chapter II Sources of Funds

Article 3 The Fund is RMB 500,000.

Article 4 This fund is a dynamic fund, which is selected once a year and accounted for independently.

Chapter III Organization and Management

Article 5 The school shall set up a management committee of Zhu Xun's Young Teachers' Education Award Fund, which is composed of personnel department, academic affairs department, graduate school, science and technology department, discipline construction department, education foundation and other department heads and teachers' representatives. The Committee office is located in the personnel department.

Chapter IV Award Scope and Selection Conditions

Article 6 The award scope of this Fund is for young teachers under 40 who have made outstanding contributions in education, teaching and scientific research. Five to 10 teachers are selected every year, and each teacher is rewarded with 6000 yuan.

Article 7 The selection conditions of this Fund are as follows:

1. The school is recruiting young teachers to work in the post of teacher for three years. Love our country and school, love the cause of geological education, care about the development of the school, teach and educate people, be a teacher, and have good professional ethics and team spirit.

2 undergraduate teaching, this year's teaching quality evaluation is good or excellent.

3. Pay attention to the reform of teaching content and teaching methods and the construction of teaching materials, or guide students to carry out extracurricular academic activities and scientific and technological innovation, and achieve outstanding results.

4. Be brave in innovation in scientific and technological research and make remarkable academic achievements.

Article 8 The school awarded the honorary title of "Zhu Xun Young Teacher Award" to the fund-winning teachers.

Chapter V Selection Procedures

Article 9 The selection procedures of this Fund are as follows:

1. Personal declaration, recommended by the college. In the first half of each year, the award-winning notice is issued, qualified teachers apply, and institutions make recommendations according to the selection conditions and submit corresponding recommendation materials.

2. Organize review. The personnel department shall summarize the materials recommended by various colleges, conduct preliminary examination together with the Academic Affairs Office, Graduate School and Science and Technology Department, and the Fund Management Committee shall organize the examination of the preliminary examination materials.

3. Disclosure of results. The Fund Management Committee will publicize the evaluation results in the school. After no objection, the school will officially announce them in the form of documents and submit them to Mr. Zhu Xun for the record.

4. Award awards. Before the annual celebration, the school awarded the "Zhu Xun Young Teacher Award" honorary certificate and bonus to the award-winning teachers.

Chapter VI Others

Article 10 These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the Fund Management Committee shall be responsible for the revision and interpretation.
